Show Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime to help us ensure that showtime is prompt for everyone.
Remember, if you arrive late, you may be required to wait until an appropriate and respectful break in the performance to be admitted.
In purchasing this ticket, the purchaser / ticket holder indemnifies Tinshack Creative and/or GigTix.ca. in respect of any claims, demands, losses or decrees, orders or awards that may be made against Tinshack Creative and/or GigTix.ca. and or its representative, tutors, instructors, volunteers, employees, directors, shareholders etc. in this regard. The purchaser / ticket holder shall further indemnify Tinshack Creative and/or GigTix.ca. for all losses, damages and injury caused, resulting from or in any way attribute to any illness, accident, injury of any of the members of Tinshack Creative and/or GigTix.ca. occasioned by any act or omission of the performers and or Tinshack Creative and/or GigTix.ca.
Your tickets are being purchased from Kera McHugh (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
